Digital Artwork Submission Guidelines
Whenever possible, we prefer to receive images in electronic form. We can process most formats, including JPG, GIF, & TIF files. Images should be in high resolution, 300 dpi, or around 900×600 pixels. Otherwise, good quality printed material is fine. We cannot accept transparencies or negatives for any graphic materials.
The best way to send logos and other line art is in vector format such as EPS or Illustrator (AI). If the file contains any specific fonts, please include them. Otherwise, a medium to high resolution image file is acceptable.
Cancellation Refund Policy
Perfect Image, LLC, Aesthetic Exclusive™ and its affiliates, reserve the right to accept or refuse Sponsors that do not meet the criteria for sponsoring our events. We feature and promote Sponsors who benefit our exclusive followers.
No refunds for any reason will be granted.

We reserve the right to refuse sponsorship to any company that, in the opinion of Perfect Image, LLC and its affiliates, does not meet the criteria for sponsoring our events. These restrictions are intended to encourage, promote, and facilitate those sponsors who will benefit from our exclusive membership groups.
