Dr. Shay Byron Dean, FACS, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is the Medical Director of Dean Plastic Surgery Associates, Inc., in Los Angeles, California. He has built a broad-based aesthetics practice in body, facial and breast reconstruction surgeries, cosmetic surgery and non-surgical procedures.
