Sponsor Declaration Contract
By agreeing to be a Sponsor at Perfect Image, LLC, Aesthetic Exclusive™ (“AE”), any and all of our affiliates, you agree to the following terms:
To comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the marketing and sale of your product(s) and/or service(s).
Your product(s) and/or service(s) shall be relevant, effective, and useful to our exclusive WMCE audience.
Sponsorship with us does not imply or establish our endorsement of your product(s) and/or service(s).
Comparisons that are false, deceptive, misleading, or that unfairly attack a competitor(s) product(s) and/or service(s) will not be accepted or retained.
We reserve the right to decline sponsorships that are in violation of this agreement. We also reserve the right to accept all sponsorships at our sole discretion. There are no refunds. All sales are final. (Please see the Terms of Use.)
Sponsors’ must not be in conflict with our platform, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
