Digital Artwork Submission Guidelines
Whenever possible, we prefer to receive images in electronic form. We can process most formats, including JPG, GIF, & TIF files. Images should be high resolution, 300 dpi, or around 900×600 pixels. Otherwise, good quality printed material is fine. We cannot accept transparencies or negatives for any graphic materials.
The best way to send logos and other line art is in vector format such as EPS or Illustrator (AI). If the file contains any specific fonts, please include them. Otherwise, a medium to high resolution image file is acceptable.
Profile photo pixel size should be between 400 (w) x 400 (h) pixels and 7680 (w) x 4320 (h) pixels.
Submissions should not exceed 500-word count.
All text should be left-justified (i.e., flush with the left margin—except where indented). Where possible, it should also be right-justified (i.e., flush with the right margin).
Cancellation Refund Policy
We reserve the right to accept Experts who, in the opinion of Perfect Image, LLC, Aesthetic Exclusive™ and its affiliates, will benefit our exclusive Women of Multi-Cultural Ethnicities (“WMCE”) groups.
To remain on our panel, the Expert must retain good standing in their respective field of specialty. We reserve the right to remove Experts’ who conflict with our platform. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
No refunds for any reason will be granted.

These restrictions are intended to encourage, promote, and facilitate the “best of the best” experts who will benefit from our exclusive membership groups.
